Again, for the zillionth time. Read what I write, and dont go quote me from some random post, which is not even connected. Quoting people out of context does not make you right.

1. It was not an NAP, it was a full era allieship

2. The allieship was in no way threatening their growth. Heck, they were the only ones growing for gods sakes.
