Newbies using mythicals.... umm that makes the game unbalanced
so... make under level 15s cant equip mythicals but they still can get mythicals so how about it?

My little brother was level 7 and was looking forward to get a mythical. But I am leaning both ways.

All i want is Mythical items is level 30. And yes, i agree. Only level 30 can use mythicals 8-)
